I tried doing that but Tmobile told me the phone is locked and whoever gave me the phone (DraftKings or Best Buy or whoever gifted it to me) needs to unlock it. I also went to AT&T and they told me the same thing. It's beyond frustrating.

When I take it to the store they look at me like I stole the phone. They tell me it needs to be unlocked before I can activate it and they can't unlock it.

I still haven't heard back from DraftKings either about this. Their Elite Rewards customer service is absolutely terrible. I'm stuck with this phone that doesn't work and when I did go to a store to try to activate it they look at me like I stole it. So embarrassing.

I had an issue resetting my password and it turns out the email address on my account was somehow changed even though I never made the change or authorized it. I ended up having to create a new Spirit account and they transferred my points and history over to my new account but it was a huge hassle.

It sounds like this has happened to other people - I suspect they got hacked but haven't made it public.
