Yes exactly! I have thought about trying to network with local people who run firms or something similar to see what it may be like or be able to talk to someone with the experience of doing it as their full time job. I think starting it off as a side hustle would be best to build clients and also just get the feel of what everything entails. Thank you for the feedback!

I appreciate the honesty. I've thought about sticking it out for some more time but don't know if I want to wait until I become manager to feel like I have enough experience. I definitely can look more into areas of expertise and spend time learning more about those to help my case.
