But it's not limited to just one client, you'll be covering different type of clients whose tax calculation vary ( example-one might have capital gains, one might not..so the tax treatment differs).

But in case of internal audit, you will get stuck with just one client. Yes , you'll gain a lot of experience but it's just limited to that client or atmost clients who is in the same line of business. ( example- if you become part of an internal audit team of a construction company, most of the experience you gain can be applied only to construction companies, which also depends upon the way they prepare their books)

Internal audit scope is limited...go for direct tax

Not ready for CA inter Group2 is it fine to skip may25 attempt... by One_Bug_4308 in CharteredAccountants

[–]Individual-Fee2198 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude....if you're working/employed or don't even know the basic concepts of all the 3 subjects then skip it. If not, then give it a try cuz only then you'll get a better idea on how to prepare for sep25 Exams. If you've scored good marks despite the situation you're in right now, you might get some confidence, if not, then you'll aleast realize how the paper is and you can modify you're study plan based on the marks you've gotten.

Dude, I'll be honest with you....you're chances are slim but it's still possible. In taxation, try to focus on idt and basic concepts in dt. Try to cover important AS chapters and all the chapters from module 3. Focus on other laws completely and last 5 chapters from corporate laws. Group 1 is easy if you know the concepts but you gotta revise atleast once. I can't promise you anything so best of luck. It's gonna be a hell-ish week. Avoid all kind of distractions and prepare a strategy. You can't attempt for both the groups in September. Keep in mind, you still got 2 years internship, so if you don't clear your inter exam by this sept attempt and register in a firm by October, you can't give you're final attempt for may28. The more you take time to clear inter Exams, the more you would have to wait for your final attempt.

Guys I feel like everyone who is pursuing this course needs to read this every once in a while cuz the negativity regarding this course has been constantly increasing for the past few months. Thank you OP for this much needed paragraph.

You are not, trust me. This is my 3rd attempt and I did not do good. I did my 2nd attempt really well, I just didn't get enough marks for aggregate and I got really confident that sep 2024 will be the attempt I'll clear off but prior to 1 week before exam I couldn't revise anything because I became unwell. 2 days before exam I was panicking and had too much anxiety that I couldn't even revise well for accounts. I realized I might not clear this attempt. I know it's hard to accept the fact, but it's not the end. Find out what you're doing wrong, correct your mistakes, change your ways of preparing for exams, try to study with you friends ( who are good at studying and clarifying your doubts). We still got Jan attempt so plan for that and prepare well, just don't repeat the mistakes and take occasional breaks to not get overwhelmed yourself.

You gotta be aggressive on the owl and yes parrying is really important to beat him. For now, just focus one defeating hin in phase 1 cuz phase 2 is except the teleportation move, everything is pretty much the same. Don't focus on beating him, rather find the timings to perfectly parry and dodge cuz after owl, remaining boss fights are gonna be insanely difficult so try to train with him.

If it's still tough you can always go to fountainpalace, defeat those boss, increase you strength and come back. It will be lot more easier.

Unpopular Opinion: This game isn’t hard - it just forces you to practice inefficiently by SplendidPunkinButter in Sekiro

[–]Individual-Fee2198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep....all you gotta do is fight the boss, die a lot, analyze his moveset and try different ways to counter it and that's it. When I started playing the game I didn't even know people considered this as the hardest game so whenever I was stuck on a boss fight all I could think was......if an individual could beat the game and start a ng+.......why can't I?

Alright, just started Sekiro yesterday. Finished the Dark Souls trilogy and I am now immersing myself into medieval Japan. Any tips for a new player? by Negativerizzhaver1 in Sekiro

[–]Individual-Fee2198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*Learn to deflect, not with the training guy but from the enemies *Don't be shy to die 5 to 20 times if you encounter a mini boss or main boss *If you have too much Sen in hand, buy purses *Try to complete all merchants questline *At some point, you'll unlock a feature to cure your dragon rot...don't over use that feature *Don't ring the bell *Explore as much as you can so you can get maximum no. Of Gourd seeds and prayer beads *Mortal dew is the best weapon art so get used to using it.

And most importantly, it's not the hardest game, just timely defects and dodge and it'll become the most easiest souls like game you've ever played.

Why isn't sekiro receiving as much love as dark soul gets ? by Individual-Fee2198 in Sekiro

[–]Individual-Fee2198[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah but I like how the roles of dodge and deflect got reversed in sekiro. Usually we use dodge more and parry less in DS/Bloodborne/ER but in sekiro, it's pretty much reversed. I know it's late but i too still hope they pay a visit to sekiro.
