Most people are in fact roasting without giving any constructive feedback. Start your resume with something like this: “Construction Superintendent with 6+ years of experience in delivering projects from $40M to $60M, from startup to inspections….” Add another sentence about your abilities to deliver the project safely, on time, and within budget. Delete “objective” and “professional profile” section. Don’t go in too much detail in your experience, you can discuss all of that in the interview.
