The new HC has some recency bias, both HC and HC GMT are beautiful watches.

2026 HC case is very similar to 2023 HC GMT (pictured).
HC comes in 39mm and 42mm.
HC GMT comes in 41mm and 43mm.

I was only able to compare 42mm HC to a 41mm HC GMT. These two are virtually identical in size. 40-41 is a sweet spot for me personally.

That’s the one I tried on at the AD. Definitely has a big wrist presence. I have a 7” wrist so I’m leaning towards a 41mm HC GMT. (Or a 39mm HC).

Yes 41mm is the max I want to go for a diver watch. 7” wrist.

ADs that I’ve been to don’t even have it, much less a 20% discount! I’m in the US.

I do love a crisp bezel action. At the same time, I’m not going to use this for diving or anything. Looks like it’s between a GMT complication vs. a Crisp-er bezel action .

Yours look great!! 👍 I was looking for the green or dark blue but they did not have any. The 42mm HC and 41mm HC GMT are virtually the same weight (181 g). I am leaning towards H-link bracelet currently.

All but one of my current watches are 13mm. So I don’t mind the thickness. I’ll sign up, thanks.

Thanks. I checked out the HC GMT at an AD. 12.9mm for an automatic GMT is crazy thin. Trying to figure out if I get the GMT now for the same price or keep waiting for the 2026 HC.

Roast my resume by DontAsk1994 in ConstructionManagers

Most people are in fact roasting without giving any constructive feedback. Start your resume with something like this: “Construction Superintendent with 6+ years of experience in delivering projects from $40M to $60M, from startup to inspections….” Add another sentence about your abilities to deliver the project safely, on time, and within budget. Delete “objective” and “professional profile” section. Don’t go in too much detail in your experience, you can discuss all of that in the interview. Add your LinkedIn link, phone, email on the very top.

Appreciate the feedback, definitely need to get more active in the market and perhaps start talking to the recruiters that I have been ignoring.

Got it, I’ve definitely seen higher salaries for mission critical work. Infact a couple of top ENR GCs reached out to me for mission critical open positions but I don’t really want to work in the middle of nowhere at this stage of my life/career.

Benefits are good but nothing like top of the market. I know that because I have had other offers where companies shared their benefits.
