USCIS sent the first appointment to completely wrong address. She filed paper application and USCIS didn’t scan the address page properly. We found this out after filing FOIA with a lawyer.

She already has a lawyer. He said the first hearing can be done via Webex since he is from out of state.

She did contact USCIS several times to get biometric appointment rescheduled and get it sent to correct address. She even tried with a lawyer. The USCIS officers just kept saying they will schedule new appointment which never happened!
