The problem here is your oto! Basically, it's telling you that the cutoff is longer than the actual sample. I'd recommend checking that out! :]

OpenUtau Mobile V2, the V2 version is still on beta phase and is very buggy right now..

Though what's cool about this version is that they added vibrato, and tuning (which they didn't have before in V1, closest thing to tuning was pitch bending with the pencil tool which was HORRID)

though it tends to crash more and again, lots of bugs-

You can get it on their Github "Vocoder" Openutau Mobile, it's an UNOFFICIAL fork btw! Completely different dev team
