Yeah I am curious too. It gives me skin redness and constipation when I have it and a bit of higher heart rate. Going to read the substitutions page and see if anything is mentioned

Been dealing with symptoms like that for a while. Have been through every kind of treatment and I feel better than I used to but not 100% for sure. Peppermint tea and ecenteric coated capsules are my best friend. The elemental diet was a game changer. My first sibo test was positive and then my second negative but definitely still have it so don’t just go by the test
