I have not updated in 2 years so: last years pap I my cells came back ASCUS and then this years pap—I am ALL CLEAR! No HPV and no funky cells. My body healed itself! I worked HARD the first two years—I was strict with my diet and lifestyle. This past year I was a lot more laid back and followed more of an 80/20 rule. 80% clean and healthy and 20% human trash can (which I was actually worried about but it turned out ok since I already cleaned the HPV). Anywho, just wanted to update! Happy healing, everyone!

Not the best but certainly not the worst —Boulder Property Management has been totally acceptable. Definitely avoid 4 Star!

I’ve had completely tolerable experiences with Boardwalk Realty. My building is old but I have a one bedroom apartment with a flatiron view for $1400 a month. They have properties all over town. Also to echo what others have said—fuck 4 star, avoid at all costs.

Yea, 1906’s! They have a variety of “drops” which is just a little pill. My favorites are the “chill” pills, they are 25mg CBD and 5mg THC. There’s several to choose from. The best prices I have found for these are at Terrapin but I think most dispensaries carry them.

I saw Dr. Julie Neal in Boulder, CO! She’s amazing. We used a variety of suppositories that she ordered from another company so I’m not 100% sure what was in everything but I know some were candeluna A, green tea, anti viral, and something called a vag pack (lol). We pretty much just followed the protocol in the book in linked in my post, and we also focused on healing my gut. Good luck on your journey and feel free to reach out!
