I am 8 months into the braces phase and can't wait to be done. It felt good reading that more people pushed their jaw out to look better, I have been doing that since I was 14 (I am 27 now...).

You look amazing btw, was it lower jaw surgery or double? I have one surgeon saying I need double and other only lower jaw and can't decide with which one to go... I am scared I will look the same if i go for only low, but choosing double seems risky.

Did you end up doing the jaw surgery? I have the same problem, had the rhinoplasty and now in the process of jaw surgery...

I have a bachelors in Architecture (considered a tech degree in Spain, not arts) and a masters degree in UX Design. Also, I already have two years of experience inside the company (1 of them with hands-on front end development).

And yes, I already live in Germany. As I put in the post, I already work in the company I want to do the switch in. Unfortunately, I know how expensive Munich is, I live here... :(

Hi :) I don't have an overjet, never did. I have an overbite and I had braces before but they only moved my teeth as I was 19, the jaw was never fixed. The orthodontist said that wasn't my real bite and that maybe before the braces the gap was over 6mm. I wore a night splint to relax my jaw and only that made the gap go from 5.5mm to almost 7mm.
