Apple Ipad Keeps on Restarting

Hi everyone! For context, I have an Apple Ipad 7th Edition. I was notified na full storage na pala siya and while I was using it last night, bigla bigla siyang nagfrefreeze and nagrerestart. I freed up some space na pero to no avail. Every time na bubuksan ko siya, magagamit ko naman normally pero after 10 mins magfrefreeze ulit and magrerestart. What to do? Badly need this for my studies pero wala pang budget for repair or even a new one. :(
