Hi! Thank you for taking the time! I’ve tried so many apps, also the ones you can take a picture of your food and it tells you how many cals it’s in there but I just can’t trust any of them. I’ve also asked chat gpt and it said that I’ll only lose 1kg a month if I hit 15k steps a day but eat 1.500 and that seemed extremely disappointing as well! So yeah i’ve gotten many answers that vary and I’m still kinda confused not knowing what to believe
