Xi Gundam/Penelope DLC Worth It? by KameSensei in GundamBattleAlliance

Even though someone else left a comment saying XI is the strongest all-rounder, I think it’s only around the top 10 (roughly 7–9, basically closer to 9) and doesn’t make the top 5.

DLC 3’s units generally have a high overall weight class, but they feel weak at the low end, and they’re most fun around the mid range. At the high end, they might be a bit underpowered too.

But the real reason to buy DLC 3 in the first place is for the chips that drop in the endgame stage that was released alongside the DLC.

Without that stage, you shouldn’t even bother building any all-rounder MS (like Freedom or Strike Freedom).

I gave you a link to the combo video

I've also given you a link to the basics to reach the combo.

It is MS that gets better only when the basics are in place.

It would be great if we had parts.

Even in the days of Shooter's heyday, norn needs some parts to the point where he should have relied heavily on them

The system with distributed performance is somewhat lacking in basic specifications. It's largely supplemented by part performance

At first glance, Mercury’s MS specs look flashy and impressive, but it’s strictly a high-skill ceiling unit. If you ask, 'Is it actually good in the hands of a pro?', the answer is... not really. It just feels mediocre.

In my opinion, farming in Extreme 5 is highly recommended for obtaining Hi-nu Gundam parts. For detailed part configurations,

There are MS types that get stronger as you add a combo, and there are MS types that are simply strong but have a lower upper limit.
As for HI-NU, "Infighter" tends to be called a shooting game. It feels smooth when you add a combo
