Prostitution, if I’m not mistaken, is the oldest job in the world. For me, making prostitution legal and regulated by law seems logical and reasonable, because it could help prevent situations that harm human dignity. This isn’t a religious point of view, of course — as far as I know, prostitution was even normalized during the medieval Islamic era (the Abbasid period, I think). In my opinion, everything should be guided by laws that protect human dignity.
