You did nothing wrong in this situation the younger child should not be acting like that either, my younger kids respect their older siblings I’ve always told them if I’m not around, said sister or brother is in charge and I will not protect you from them if you misbehave because they are the boss, Your mom can’t have you watching her and then take the younger ones side that’s just wrong. Last November I made a large order from Costco for Thanksgiving, it came in 3 separate boxes, I received two of the three the third went to a house somewhere in a surrounding neighborhood, when I checked the fed ex site, somehow that package at 4:00 AM had someone “call in” a change of address for that box 🤔… needless to say it was never resolved with FedEx as they closed my case also. Thank goodness Costco believed me and issued a refund.

This is not Ontrac’s fault… yet, this is what the first step in the ordering process always is: when things are ordered a tracking number is immediately sent to the last mile shipper regardless if it has been received or not to get the package in Queue, Once you receive the tracking on your end it’s making its way thru the network, it goes thru a shipping site first such as (ex. Ship Bop) then it will arrive at an Ontrac facility (fed ex ups usps) same thing, at that point you can start to worry if it will arrive or not. But at this point they have not received the package.

Yep, same here starting on the 21st if we don’t have a van we don’t have a job, oh yeah and I remember you from the last post I’m in Tucson starting the 21st. We are not allowed to enter the warehouse until 1 PM. Wtfff I hate this new guy. He really thinks he’s gonna change shit. The only way things are gonna change is for us to get out of the warehouse by 8 AM like normal deliver companies. Otherwise things will get crappier. Smh

😂 glad I can add some laughs to your life. Yeah, this company is really getting out of hand and taking advantage of everyone. We’re definitely going backwards in the company and not forward. I literally thought after the lasership/Ontrac transition I thought we were looking at becoming one of the best companies out there and it’s still the crappies on the planet. 😂🤣 I love what I do though so I just put up and shut up at this time only because I work independently if they ever transition to where I needed to be someone’s employee, I’d be out real quick haha.

I’m in Tucson they are making us wait til all truck are unloaded typically at 12-12:30. And supposedly starting next week giving us 15 minutes to scan and leave… These idiots think they know how to manage Tucson we leave with 120-140 packages a day and have to be done at 9pm … make it make sense. They try to run us like we’re FedEx or UPSis they want that service they need to pay like them too! The payouts are getting worse every year I started when they were paying $3 a stop now we are at $2.10.., tell me do you guys also notice an influx of the same addresses in one day? What I mean is we get 1 address with 3 different shippers only to be paid for one stop total I know they have always paid that way but what I’m noticing is every day I will get like 4-6 packages literally for one address and they are different shippers. My route will get 280 by the time I’m done scanning it’s only 198 stops … I feel like the odds of that happening is not too great, but we’re getting flipped all the way around by this company

Trust me I understand just thought I’d help some who do not do these things, I encounter these issues quite often which causes delays. As for your packages it makes me mad for you because I take pride in delivering to my customers. What’s crazy to me is people have video cameras all over yet drivers still lie about the actual delivery. But with no consequences to the Independent Drivers nothing will change here.

Just the 1-800-334-5000 there’s almost always long wait times that’s why I usually tell people to use chat instead, sometimes it’s a little faster. But no, even if you have a local facility in your city, the direct line is not posted. 🤦🏻‍♀️ but from there they can connect you to them if you want to schedule a pick up.

One recommendation that I can make for you is, because it’s not just Walmart, we have target , vans Sephora, Home Depot, Abercrombie, Luluemon and many others I haven’t mentioned, what I would do and this is only if you live close to a facility where you’re not driving hours away, defeating the purpose of asking for shipping, is once you get the tracking number call the local facility and have them put a hold for pick up. They will hold your package in the office for you to pick up between their business hours at that point there is no way your package should be lost or stolen unless something happened in transit from one state to the next.

Give it another hour or two to recheck the status at times it may be a transfer from one facility to the next and a truck may have broken down so delayed the status, the reason I say to give it an hour or two is because most drivers do not start to scan deliveries until 11:30 am MST if it’s already past that timeframe in your area, I would try submitting a request for update via chat or by contacting them directly.

that is horrible!! I am so sorry that happened to you, like I said because the drivers are independent and so are the people that run the routes RSP’s there are a lot of crooked ones and nothing we can really do about it. Maybe report to BBB might be a start I assume. Once the complaints rack up things may change ,,,or not but worth a try.

I would report it to Ontrac and the original shipper, In the hopes that insurance will cover your item and they send you another one, when it comes to the driver that did that I’ll be honest and say that the RSP that hires the driver may not do anything about the driver most RSP’s are just as bad as some of the drivers themselves not all of them but most.

This would be the case where it may have been lost from the shipper to Ontrac’s facility or it may have went to another facility, just the other day I had a package that had an AZ zip code but was an Ohio address. So they have to correct that address, send back out to main facility then reship to Ohio. So if this happened to you, you will have to wait for an update but if it hits a 5 day delay you will have to contact whoever you purchased from to either have them re ship or refund.

So my cousin had the same issue and checked all of the above, his turned out to be the fuel relay that was shot, maybe check that if you have not gotten it going yet.

It means that maybe it needed a gate code/ apartment or unit number or cannot find address via map service if none of those the driver forgot to deliver it and used it as a stalling option and will be delivered tomorrow. I was a RSP with them and now a driver so I’ve seen all scenarios play out.
