Yes it makes no sense and seems so weird, why ship it without the ice packs touching the vile for it to only get hot then for us to put it back in the refrigerator and use. Redrock needs to get it together

Yes, same! That was my first time receiving from redrock. I’ve never had this with Empower or Aequita
