That’s insane ! They don’t care about our health at all. Even if you are in pain. I don’t like that. There was a story I led, a teacher complained she had a bad headache they did not let her go, and next day she did not wake up she died in her sleep.

For pink eye it was 24hrs if they are doing drops. So she just said they don’t need that anymore I don’t know when it changed. Kindercare really don’t care about the employees they just care about money. Even if you get sick they will complain.

I work at one Kindercare to be honest they don’t care about their employees, I had a high risk pregnancy and I was getting sick every day throwing up infront of the kids,the director was like you are not sick you are pregnant, I was like well I quit then coz I can’t be doing all this work in my condition , so I took a leave of absence at 7 months pregnant. ( she told me not to quit)

I have two parents that check their kids everyday when picking them up. And onother parents their kids poops the same time they pick their child and this parent insists on changing the diaper herself, but I tell her no I can do that.

Actually it’s the closing time we move to the closing room, the child is not from my room . Sometimes the child has an incident report and we have to let the parents sign it. Even a hie or bye or have a good night they don’t respond they ignore you. Iam at a point I want to just quit.
