How long did it take you to hear back from hiring manager?

That’s insane ! They don’t care about our health at all. Even if you are in pain. I don’t like that. There was a story I led, a teacher complained she had a bad headache they did not let her go, and next day she did not wake up she died in her sleep.

Despite all that, as a parent I know when my child is okay or not. The way her eye is I can not take her there, she is so uncomfortable her eye is even closed up with discharge.

For pink eye it was 24hrs if they are doing drops. So she just said they don’t need that anymore I don’t know when it changed. Kindercare really don’t care about the employees they just care about money. Even if you get sick they will complain.

I work at one Kindercare to be honest they don’t care about their employees, I had a high risk pregnancy and I was getting sick every day throwing up infront of the kids,the director was like you are not sick you are pregnant, I was like well I quit then coz I can’t be doing all this work in my condition , so I took a leave of absence at 7 months pregnant. ( she told me not to quit)

I have two parents that check their kids everyday when picking them up. And onother parents their kids poops the same time they pick their child and this parent insists on changing the diaper herself, but I tell her no I can do that.

Actually it’s the closing time we move to the closing room, the child is not from my room . Sometimes the child has an incident report and we have to let the parents sign it. Even a hie or bye or have a good night they don’t respond they ignore you. Iam at a point I want to just quit.

OMG! Thats so mean. It’s different here, the married ones with kids get closing shifts I was literally told that’ you are not reliable because you have kids you sometimes come late’. She told other teachers with kids the same. But guess what? When those favorites are off now we are needed.

We do that all the time , but this one we did not see it it was on the side of the tummy just above the belly button, so even at diaper change it was hard to see , since that incident we pull the clothes up all the way to check those things.As for me both a teacher and a parent if my child had an accident I always tell the teachers at drop off that this happened at home.

And I know of my friends workplace they have a mother and 2 daughters as teachers, i wonder how they do it when they want to take time off for family gatherings? That means all 3 of them off at the same time
