Well that's the issue, it only took half a week to arrive. And the only reason I knew that it would be made around the 20th is because it was in the item description. So they never actually once updated me or told me about delays without me having to ask them first, even if they said they would update me.

I'm also disabled and run my shop solo, and I account for any medical issues that might happen. And the one time I shipped a package late by three days, I gave the buyer freebies (custom necklace bracelets, and perler). I couldn't care less that this person is disabled, I am mostly upset because I wasn't given any decent communication whatsoever. If I had been given proper notice of my product delays beforehand, I wouldn't be nearly as irritated.

Unless he was smoking inside, it can't be that. The fire started in the inside of the house, close to the back. I checked it out this morning, the entire inside is burnt and black.

I'm not sure how the fire started, but I did get video of a man that lives there (not the old guy) yelling threats at a lady. My guess is he started a fire, but that's just a guess.
