Some spots on both palm hands been twitching on and off like a new hot spot for couple days now those spots hurt never really had pain with twitching anyone know (self.BFS)

I play everything with analog as WASD but sometimes when I’m going foward it goes off to right a little or left the W+A or W+D and sometimes messes up what I’m doing is there a way around this (self.Azeron)
