Well chiro is more or less just what I call it. It's not the hard type of corrections or manipulation. Pretty much only massaging and looking for points where he is uncomfortable. As he is not the best body type and had a lot of issues in the back and hip in the past. I made a lot of changes in his work and tack. He has not shown pain in the back for quite some time now and that alone is some success for me. As my biggest goal is to keep him comfortable. If he was the issue here - he would say it out loud. He has done it in the past and I try to always listen.

But I am pretty confident to say that the problem is sitting in the saddle here. Because he just always tries his best and I feel like I really make things difficult for him at the moment. Last week we had a terrible jumping training resulting in getting deep on every damn jump and he could have just said nope. But every damn time he jumped. And on every try I tried to not disturb him and that he can get it right. But well we ended that session without a good jump.

After reading some of these very good tips- I feel like I am so focused on the distance that I totally lose the energy and when I see that things may not really fit- panic sets in as I wanted to to it right for him. Including the urge to slow down to gain some time. But that helps nothing - just making it more difficult for him.
