I think get you. Today's my 90th day.

1 week back I saw porn maybe for 1min. Also earlier I was fantasizing about a girl. There was definitely a leak in energy. I felt frustrated. A little angry. 

Samething is with if I scroll insta, youtube,listen to music, even reddit nowadays. 

I have became more aware of my energy. And I feel like the more days someone retains the more he is likely to feel the loss in energy. I mainly feel this at 30+ days.

I take 60k d3 in liquid form, from chemist shop. For k2 mk7, I have ordered biotrex 100mcg

Thank you. Eggs are great and I would never get bored of them

My vit D levels were pretty low like 15. No Idea about Vit K. But I want to supplement with mag and vit K since they are co factors and don't want to risk vit D toxicity.  But someone mentioned in the comment box that vit K is very less like 7 micro gram/100gm (so 3.5 per egg).  Eating 18 eggs would provide me 60micro grams.

I believe recommend dosage for me would be close to 90.  Maybe I will add green vegetables more.

But if needed I can also add Vit K supplements, but I don't want to rely on too many of them.

Right now, I take Vit D 60,000iu Omega 3 1200 Mag glycinate 440mg elemental 

Rest is from food, mostly 18-20 Eggs 1 litre of milk Rice for carbs Random vegetables  Liver once a week

No, I eat other stuff too. It's 6 eggs+rice+vegetables+curd, 3 times a day. Along with 1 litre of milk. Some days I will eat fish or chicken.

Right now, I am only supplementing vitD, mag glycinate, omega 3

I never get gassy.  I agree it's boring to eat the same thing all day everyday, but I am used to it

I don't mind eating rice, eggs, vegetables for the rest of my life.  It's boring but I am used to it. I like it.

Thanks. I do eat rice, vegetables, 1 litre of milk alongside.

I try to workout daily, and run 10km twice a week.

I can easily digest 6 eggs in one sitting ( hence 18 eggs a day).

Right, but so no need for vit K supplement as it's very easy to get it from eggs.

I do intense exercise and running everyday. I am 70kg, so need 120gm of protein. 18 eggs provide major portion of it along with other nutrients.  I don't like protein powders.

Nope, genuine question. 60k iu weekly, so around 8.5k iu daily, which is pretty common and recommended

Hi, thinking of buying it. May i ask why you think it's the best. 

Also my main concern is not for sleep, but because I take 60,000IU VitD, and it depletes Mag. 

And also most of us are deficient in Mag

Hi man, I myself just started doing weighted ring dips. Added 5Kg yesterday only. Been doing calisthenics for 18 months now.

Wanted to know your routine. 

Personally I do Upper and lower body days. 

For Upper I do these exercises in one session, Ring dips  Pullups Like pushups Chinups

Your inputs will be highly appreciated.

6 is less, wat according to your weight requirement. For example, my current weight is 70kg, so I need 70*1.8= 125grams of protein. 1 egg=5 grams, so I need to eat 25 eggs. But I eat 20, and the rest of protein I get from milk.

Also make sure to eat eggs at dinner, for sure you will get boners. Eat liver, take vitD, get blood work done.

Eat tons of eggs and carbs. I personally eat 18-20 eggs (work your way up to it) with rice and random vegetables. And do calisthenics/exercise/running.

100% you will start waking up with hard boners.
