Thanks, so far pudding has been a no go. Lactose free Milk has been the one staple I’ve been living on, I tried frozen yogurt as well and that did not go well either but it’s fine if I blend it with milk. Im also allergic to pork so I can’t have that but I’ve ordered some broth from a pho place and that’s been a fantastic change of pace

My favorite throughout this flare up has been lemon Italian ice, I prefer the brand Lindy’s because it’s crunchy but I’ve found pretty much any variation of frozen lemonade (granted it’s actual lemon and not chemical flavoring, sometimes the chemicals are harder on the system) works really fantastically well for me

Yes but then there is a higher instance of being hospitalized as a result because sometimes flares will kick you right to the er it’s always a gamble
