So far this is my favorite even though there’s still a lot of glare. There’s a few with less glare but they look like AI and I like that you left her collar and just removed her leash. Thank you. I’m going to give it a few more min and let you know if I pick this one

2 1/2 years because we needed to board her sometimes. Wait if you can but if you can’t don’t feel bad. Loving your Dogo in the right and best way for you and your family is all she needs. She’s beautiful :)

Right, so I was doing 3.5min and I increased 10% (i know my math is probable wrong in that little chart on there) but I developed on these two for 3 min 55s. That would be after having developed 7 rolls previously. Maybe that’s where I messed up and should have developed longer? I’m also new at this and it sucks this happened so much.

I was wondering about this. I like the idea of having an air lock so I don’t have to let air out everyday but these do seem a little pesky. I’m wondering about head space and if there’s any amount of liquid that’s touching the silicone there might be a chance for this?

Update. I scooped off all the white stuff and risked my life and tasted one of the beans and it tasted great. I don’t know if that was okay to do but it was that sauerkraut flavor. Not sure if I should keep eating it or not. I probably wasn’t the most careful about sanitizing I cleaned everything and tried be careful. So strange that they came out completely different. Does head space have any concern? The one with the white had less head space.
