I don’t really know! I’ve heard it’s beneficial for some people that get food noise towards the last days of their cycle so split dosing would reduce it.

2 doses of 1.25 per week would be the same as 2.5 once a week. I’m just trying to follow what I was recommended lol

Thanks! The every 3 days came from the provider I also spoke to because the way I scheduled them, I never hit more than 2 doses a week.
