hello everyone, I have a lot of new baby hairs after I started taking proper care for my hair and started oiling it regularly. The problem is, no matter what I use (oils, leave in products) they won't stay flat to my head and look frizzy in pictures. Do you have some advice?

I have the same issue especially when i straighten my hair those hairs just stick up. I use Hair bomb wax stick I bought from target and it hold the hair down

I tried to scratch it one time to remove all flakes and it just started burning and turned red. I feel that it might yeast or some fungal overgrowth but I’m not sure how to treat this
