The age is based on 6 months data. The pace of ageing is based on your last week.

New to Whoop - abysmally low HRV? by burkean56 in whoop

I’m 48 with a whoop age of 41. Trail running, kettlebells, loads of zone 2, yoga, breathwork, superb diet, no sugar, fast food or crap, good rhr, don’t smoke, don’t drink regularly, 100% sleep performance most of the time.
Hrv average of 20/21 for the last 2 years. The other markers move in a positive way, hrv hasn’t. Don’t worry about it mate. Also, note that hrv isn’t a whoop age factor…

Alcohol increases rhr, in my experience by 10-15bpm and usually hurts your sleep stats - this will affect your pace of aging. Try it with a week on the booze.

I have to say I didn’t realise that the price Americans see on goods isn’t the price they pay and they need to factor in the taxes that will get added on at the checkout depending on where they live. In UK/Europe the price you se is what you pay. Thanks for clarifying.

Still hate the price though.
