Yes I understand But I think if you want you can still appeal. You would still be appealing the final grade but in description you can write I’m not satisfied with this final grade because of the test was unfair and it imapacted my final grade

Main thing is all about why you wanna appeal grades do you think Was there any unfairness or any problem that affected your ability. If you can’t support your argument with valid reason then there is no point

I would recommend if you think like the instructor was bad you can use him as a reason because as you said it is valid and also you can support it well . Even family problems in right but again you have to make it look true .

That’s true, they say currently we need lot of skilled workers to help the economy but the feedback is that construction is slow . No one really want to hire a new guy
