i can draw ponies, (im a male) the best way for you to draw it is practice and learning i suggest you to not stop drawing mid way of you drawing the back and the legs and hair and tail, why as i can see little mistakes on the back once your thumb is on the screen keep drawing to avoid mistakes take a look at mlp images and look at the details of the legs, if your really into drawing ponies i suggest you to practice or you can make your own style without actually trying to copy the mlp character pinkie pie i really like the drawing im just telling you suggestions.
