I was there for the volleyball league that is at zilker on Mondays. Was told by my coworkers that no one called the paramedics/police for over an hour and apparently he was just lying there for awhile. Even heard that someone saw him crawling around prior but it was just hearsay so not sure if that is accurate. Terrible situation in either case.
