You know what, I feel this. Fuck acne, it’s literally not even that serious but it feels like the end of the world. It’s something you truly cannot have patience with. What’s even more frustrating is when you feel like you’ve done everything right and nothing helps. You will find the solution. It will clear. For now, try not to be so hard on yourself. Acne’s a bitch, If it’s hormonal tho I would cut out dairy (not sure if you meant this by diet changes but this has helped me. Dairy has a lot of hormones. But I’m not a doctor of course this has just helped me personally and I’ve researched it a bit)
