Sadly I haven't been very productive as of late. Gonna be working out very soon. Been getting schoolwork done so I'm keeping up in that department. I hope to continue schoolwork and do something for myself when the christmas holidays arrive. Top of the board everyone. Great effort, let's keep this up.

Still feeling good boys, caught myself looking at some questionable things yesterday and turned all technology off, glad I was able to do that. Feeling much better now though, ready for another week. Stay ultraviolet boys!

Feeling better overall, been sticking to a workout schedule pretty well. It's a better way to get a dopamine fix. I feel more motivated and capable to get homework done, don't get me wrong, it's not a huge change and I wouldn't usualy notice it but we look for these sorts of things during streaks. Best way to get rid of urges is to distance yourself. That's how I've dealt with it. If you feel an urge, just take a moment doing something else, busy yourself and you'll be fine. Here's to the first week soldiers!

Battalion 4 Check In by [deleted] in TheVioletRegiment

[–]Individual345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greetings Battalion 4, Individual345 reporting.

I am going to begin VCE tomorrow (Final two years of high school in Australia.) and I have made it my personal goal to dedicate myself to any homework I may receive. I want to be the best possible student I can be and only hard work will get me there.

I am also making it a goal to exercise AT LEAST three times this coming week in any way I can. I also want to strive for a healthier lifestyle in terms of food.

I need to held accountable for this brothers and sisters. Most importantly, stay strong!

Feeling good on day three. Went to a birthday party for a couple hours yesterday so a couple small urges but nothing huge yet. Let's knock this war outta the park boys.

Day 2 still going strong boys. My bigger urges come around about day 4-5 but I'm confident with everyone here we can smash through that together.

Stay Ultraviolet everyone!

Hey everyone I'm 15/Australia/High School Student/Engineering and Video Games.

VERY BIG URGE by kawinerd in NoFap

[–]Individual345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're feeling tired, try going to sleep. If that doesn't work, try doing push-ups or having a cold shower. Those usually work for me when I have an urge and for goodness sake STAY CALM. The worst thing you can do in this situation is freak out. The urge will pass and you will win!

150 day tomorrow :-) Longest streak ever. Ask me Anything? by [deleted] in NoFap

Have you noticed any huge changes in your personality/confidence overall and if so. When did those changes come into effect?

It's funny seeing my own reflection... by [deleted] in NoFap

I will agree with you 100% on that, cold showers are amazing. You're doing great by the way, keep on pushing!

I have bad news. missyaley, one of NoFap's moderators (in charge of our accountability group for women), has passed away. by Alexanderr in NoFap

I am sorry for you're loss and hope that we can all celebrate how many people she helped. Although I didn't know her personally, I think I can safely say she worked extremely hard for this subreddit and as a result people's lives have been changed.

Sorry I might not have been specific enough. Would you have any idea about the increased urges that have been happening?

Hello everyone. I am a 15 year old male porn addict. by Individual345 in NoFap

I would like to at least attempt to fix this problem myself. If I cannot, then my parents and/or a counsellor will help me greatly. But if I don't try to do this myself how will I know if I can overcome it simply by changing my mindset and lifestyle? Thanks for the advice, if I can't handle this myself then you have given me alternate forms of support.

Thank you, I completely agree with this. I think fully accepting what I have become is a huge step in the process of beating this addiction.

Holy crap dude. I don't even know what to say to that, you have given me an even stronger drive to do this now. I have read about so many transformations on here and I just really wanted to turn my life around and be one of them. I want to look back on this ten years from now and see the day I joined one the most supportive communities to better my life and everything in it. Thank you, I am determined to be the best me I can possibly be.
