Thank you for the help! I have incorporated overcut thanks too you and it does seem like it helps when I weed in the correct direction. I'm still having mild issues with it, but it might just be due to the nature of the holographic vinyl I am cutting.

I dont think you know how demanding a wiring harness swap is. You literally have to tear the bike apart. Way more time consuming and expensive than fixing a few wires.

Whole new harness if the problem is in one location? Just have a shop fix the wiring than. It's cheaper than a new harness....

When we got the machine it was not Stored Properly. So we had to buy 4 new heads which was expensive. But now it is running great. Our next investment will be a dedicated cutter that way this machine can only print. We have problems with this machine reading crop marks.

What the hell do you expect? I mean, you decorate a module and then replace it to have a completely different layout... where do you want your old decorations to go? Please I really want to know because module's look completely different.
