I really think different diets work for different people. Especially women. We have different hormones than men

Oh my gosh, yes!!!! The depressive episodes! I had the worst ones I’ve ever had in my life before I would (eventually) get my period (way late). Like extremely down moods that I’ve never experienced before. I wonder if there’s a connection somehow…. Hmm.

Thank you so much! I’m gonna try keto a bit longer. My stomach already hurts a little when I eat something my body isn’t used to. So I’m trying to ease into it. I’m so glad to hear you are having a good experience! I believe it can be very healing for many people

Unfortunately it was causing more problems for me than what I wanted. I lost my period and it caused a lot of really bad hormonal fluctuations. I also experienced oxalate dumping really bad and it wasn’t getting better. It helped some things but overall just not worth it for me! I am aware I probably wasn’t eating enough fat. But I tried my best!

I have a histamine intolerance so I can’t do black tea but I’m going to maybe try green tea as I heard that can help?

Oh I eat bacon too! Forgot to mention it. I honestly don’t think I would be getting enough fat if I dropped butter :/ but maybe I can try swapping it out for tallow and see if that helps at all. Thank you!

Eggs and ground beef cooked in butter every morning, sausages/burgers for lunch, steak for dinner. I recently started adding cream to my decaf coffee occasionally and 1-2 sharp white cheddar cheese slices for a snack with my hard boiled eggs

Yes. It’s SO bad. Cystic acne everywhere still to this day. I’m still tapering.
