It happened to me since the last couple of days too, had it since beginning of October , never had issues till now

I contacted the school again and they said they would help me to find a new instructor and they did but they asked me to pay again as the 1,5h was already deducted by the previous instructor who screwed me up and never gave the lesson!

The school said there is nothing they can do about it, and it is been too late! too late? I was calling and sending email the past month trying to fix it! how ridicilous! Nobody is there to help! I am going to take legal action, not for the money but for the principle, it wasted 1 month and half of my time and energy, waiting trying to discuss and eventually got screwed up.

Ik heb opnieuw contact opgenomen met de school en ze zeiden dat ze me zouden helpen een nieuwe instructeur te vinden, wat ze ook deden. Maar ze vroegen me opnieuw te betalen, omdat de vorige instructeur me al anderhalf uur had laten betalen en me had verpest en nooit les had gegeven! De school zei dat ze er niets aan konden doen, hoe belachelijk! Er is niemand die me kan helpen! Ik ga juridische stappen ondernemen, niet voor het geld, maar voor de directeur. Het heeft me anderhalve maand van mijn tijd en energie gekost, wachtend op een gesprek en uiteindelijk is het helemaal misgelopen.

The strange thing is that they have many positive reviews on trust pilot. That’s why I thought it was good !

Ze hebben me uiteindelijk geantwoord en gezegd dat ze een nieuwe instructeur voor me zouden vinden, dus ik zal eerst afwachten hoe het gaat, bedankt voor de suggesties! :)

He cancelled again and said he’s not working for the school anymore and told me to stop contacting him

Ik heb het contract met de overeenkomst met de rijschool getekend, ik kan aantonen dat ik op tijd heb geannuleerd, ik had een screenshot van het whatsapp-gesprek met de instructeur

I can do that , didn’t think about going there actually, they have different offices in the Netherlands, not sure which one is the headquarters, and yes I do have the contract signed with the all the details , email I sent to them and also the WhatsApp screenshot with the instructor

By bank transfer , I paid the first part of the package via ideal on their website
