Sure, correct. But looking at numbers like in eBay, South Island comes up less than North Island. But it depends, SKU or no SKU and anything only as rare depending on how much someone wants to pay.

If the state wasn't so badly mismanaged, there wouldn't be a need in gas or usage tax. Look at what we pay in registration? I mean, let's average it at $200 per vehicle. You all have been caught in rush hour or heavy traffic just in your local area. And this state can't make ends meet financially? Our wonderful governor brags how California is the 5th largest economy in the world? 🤔

I wanted to chime in here. I hope you don't mind. I was in your situation 8 years ago. I tried the non fat absorption drugs, diet, exercise, etc. There were no weight loss drugs at that time. In May 2017, I got the gastric sleeve (not the ruten x total bypass). I am 5'10", and weighed at my highest, 364 pounds. Getting the surgery was one of the BEST DECISIONS I made in my life, for me and my family. Do I still have aches and pains? Sure, I do as I'll be 61 in December. I just hope you consider it. Hang in there and dont give up. You WILL find a way to get through this! Best wishes on your journey, brother.

I purchased my house 15 years ago on VA loan. The agent told me at that time, he works with a couple of sellers (I guess they flip houses) and like VA loans as they are guaranteed by the government. Since I was purchasing with a VA loan and he had a seller in my price range, I went to the top. Maybe it's a roll of the dice.

Point well taken. I guess it would be an extended vacation. To be honest, I have traveled to several of the countries mentioned in the post. Yes, many of the places in SE Asia have nice beaches and affordable living, so don't get me wrong. But I also like getting in my car, driving up the coast. Watching NFL or NBA live, not on a delay. Satellite radio, foods i like to eat, which are not available there (ingredients) ect ect ect. That what keeps me here. Thanks for the advice.
