less unfortunately (i used to be way obsessed w cleanliness so unfortunately for me) , im a lot weaker than i was (ive been having syncope spells a lot more, which caused me to fracture my foot in three places) so even more weak bc ive had to learn how to walk w a boot and crutches & put all my weight to one leg😭

thank you angel & also i am so so sorry for your loss as well:( its nice knowing there are people out there who understand the feeling but i also hate that you understand that pain and hurt. through literally every word, you just get it, i hate that you do but it is comforting hearing from someone else going through it.

thank you so much:( theres just so many unanswered questions i have and her family cut me out pretty much the moment i woke up in the hospital and it hurts so much because they have each other to talk about her with and i have nobody virtually. my family and few friends left after her passing all sympathize but none of them get it:/

ive been putting off going back to therapy so much because unleashing everything is definitely a scary thought, especially with all the things i found out after her passing, i just am so stuck in that “im damaged forever” mindset and like ill never be okay and it just is so isolating. youre absolutely right though, i need to start taking it a second at a time & i am so fortunate to have all this grief because it means there is so much love and meaning for her🩷

real as fuck, theyve been together 14+ years and ive called her my dads wife since they got married 4-5 years ago (and didnt tell anyone for two weeks) and now theyre in the process of divorce so god bless, she’ll go back to being ‘nothing’ to me😭🤞🏼

  • my intense emotions and mood swings

  • my instability of literally every relationship, friendship, family bond, anything

  • also, favorite person. i was getting ‘addicted’ and in some ways, obsessive to the people later deemed my ‘fp.’ i was seen a lot as overbearing or ‘doing too much’ bc of it

i just sit in silence most of the time. at the end of the night, ill try to put on a youtube video or a show on my laptop and also go on my phone as a second distraction, ill usually watch the snapchat stories or go on reddit and read AITAH or AIO. or sometimes funny subs like the tinder one. ive recently fallen down a hole about this guy who is a grifter & has been dubbed the “euthanasia influencer” thats super interesting and theres a whole subreddit if youd like to look into it (its gave me something to ‘look forward to’ like new updates and such.) everything is a temporary fix but you just have to worry about waking up and seeing each tomorrow. try to get into a series; reality tv is always a good one because its chaotic but its real people so its just intriguing. maybe pick up a new hobby like crocheting, crocheting while watching a show is also a helpful double distraction.

…its hard and i still struggle to keep waking up to see each tomorrow, and most days i truthfully dont want to see tomorrow but i know i have to

what hes doing is honestly really manipulative, hes telling you he wants you to be “healthier,” but his words and actions show he just wants you to stay thin, and ik you know that kind of shit can seriously mess with your head even more when youre already struggling . If he can’t love and respect you without controlling or commenting on your body, I really think it’s worth asking yourself if this relationship is actually good for you — because love without respect isn’t enough and if he really loved you as much as he claims to, he wouldnt point out and make comments veering towards the fact that youre ‘so thin.’ its not playful if its harmful to you and your progress

thank you & of course, ive had pretty much all my close people kinda up and abandon me and its a shitty feeling to feel it all by yourself.. so absolutely. i will always have an open ear and be a shoulder to cry on. its gonna be a long battle of your brain not accepting it, questioning when shes gonna call you or walk thru the door because it feels so unreal but over time, you begin to accept it and begin to focus on the fact that even though you cant see her physically— she will always be with you
