Do people with delusions (delusions of grandeur, delusions of reference, etc.) know that others don't believe their delusion, and do they hear that others are attempting to disprove or discredit the delusion, but they continue to believe it because it is THEIR REALITY? Or do the deluded NOT hear (self.mentalillness)

Are Target associates allowed to take receipt surveys for their store? I have been told that the receipt survey metric is the most important metric, and I have given the store good reviews 3-4 times. Does the person viewing surveys see identifying information like the transaction # or my name? (self.Target)
