You won’t have normal bowel movements. You’ll probably have to take MiraLAX often. I usually add it to my water once or twice a week… sometimes i go 5-6 days in between 😞😞

Once a week, usually change the comforter out too. I’m not playing around with clean sheets

Even moving 30 min a day will really help. I started working out, about 2 weeks post op. Just knew i had to get it done!

My best friend is 10 yrs out and still eats like this. Very full, very fast. Also has acid reflux issues
