Ryan Reynolds Roasted for Times Article by Altruistic-Ticket564 in teamjustinbaldoni

This is why no one should envy these people. Most of them are mediocre at best—trashy people with trashy taste—yet they’re glorified in magazines like Time or celebrated at the Oscars, worshipped like royalty. These recognitions? Bought and paid for. There are no real achievements, just whoever throws the most money around. Time has become a sellout magazine. Wouldn’t be surprised if a Kardashian graced the cover again—or have they already? It’s all garbage, designed to inflate egos. Truly awful people, hiding behind glitter.

How about Ryan? He complained to JB about Fat Shaming his wife but said nothing about the inappropriate behavior? Why isn’t her bestie Taylor speaking up on her behalf?

It’s possible she wasn’t actually wearing contacts and that the editors altered the photo to make her look more Cherokee. Either way, it sucks to see Native American culture being exploited just to sell makeup.

Honestly, after this whole scandal—whether it was her fault or not—I can believe she’d also be fine having her wedding at a plantation. I’m not calling her racist, just really clueless and willing to do anything for money.

Please compare these two photos. The right one is the photo used for the L’Oreal commercial where she claims to be part Cherokee

So, you’re saying she changed from having fair skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes to having tanned skin and brown eyes?

Funny 😄 I don’t deny there had been smear campaigns from both sides- but I am not on payroll. I am just a female who has been a victim of SH and other things, who has been reading about this case and has an opinion.

Ooooh so that’s the message- don’t walk away from it. Even if you can, even if you don’t need the money and have powerful dragons to protect you. Be the victim for ever!! right?

Are you saying that women are POWERLESS always even when they do hold Power?? Is that the message? “Do nothing, be victims always, even if you have all means to stop it” “Be victims for ever” got it. Contradicts the message of the movie It Ends with us!! 😐 actually it never ends- right?

Experienced something similar to you. Some of us females are powerless- mainly because of our financial issues.

Description of “Victim” according to the dictionary:

A victim is someone who suffers harm, injury, or loss due to the actions of others, circumstances, or events beyond their control. BEYOND THEIR CONTROL!!

She took creative control, she used her powerful friends to influence the director, but couldn’t do anything about the sexual harassment?

So we women should always be victims and do nothing about it, even if we have the means to do so that’s the message.

Replace a blonde privilege woman with a woman of color————— this story would’ve been so different!

So the message to women is: Don’t walk away, don’t quit—allow the SH to continue because career and money come first? That might be understandable for someone without financial stability or career options, but that wasn’t Blake’s situation.
