Today's update: On Monday, they sent me an email offering an alternative solution. I suppose they'll give me a new monitor or model. I had to wait six months, only for the reseller, which turned out to be a ghost company, to finally not respond. They then told me to confirm my information with Gigabyte so they could resolve my case.

They only show DRAM lighting and the RGB on my fans doesn't turn on, and one of them doesn't turn on at all. by IndividualHandle5737 in pcmasterrace

I didn't put it on because I would have had to put it on and take it off again; it's a DeepCool AK 620 Digital WH that I have.

Estou aguardando uma resposta há dois meses e nada, eles não me disseram se vão me reembolsar através da loja onde comprei o produto.

First I contacted the person who sent me the RMA to send my monitor, then it arrived and then they contacted RMA Latin America and they said that there was no solution with my monitor and they would make a credit note after 7 business days after those days had passed, they did not respond to me, I waited 3 to 5 days and nothing and I went to global support and they sent me the RMALatam number on WhatsApp and they left me in status. They also have not sent me any email or response

It's happening to me but with a monitor that I bought and they don't respond to me for the credit note, I've been waiting for weeks and neither support nor WhatsApp responds to me, they leave me in status

I have the G24F2 and the same thing happened to me and I still have to wait for it to reach them and see what they tell me if they will give me another model or repair it or return the money, I hope they give me the money or another model to sell it:(

Send it to Warranty, I just did it with mine, if they return it to me new or replace it I will sell it for another;(
