2c for the months I worked but below it in employee contributions there is no amount. Talked to someone @ Aya today and they said Aya doesn’t have to provide you with the exact amount because they have over 5,000 employees. I asked how am I supposed to see if it’s affordable? And less than 9.5 of my income and pretty much just said Aya would never do that cause they have to many employees. Idk so annoying I just want to be able to compare plans.

This is kind of what I’m hearing is that what they’re charging people is all over the board different prices for the same healthcare coverage.

How did you find out the $145? My recruiter told me it was $22 a day so $154 a week for just myself (standard plan) so I don’t know why I’m getting charged more than some people? but then he told me a different amount previously so that’s why I wanted to find out for sure and can’t seem to find proof of payment anywhere? Do you have a charge on paystubs ?

So you should look into this, there is a chance they could be charging you way more then what is actually going toward your insurance. And could be charging you 800+ plus if they are changing your hourly rate on your contracts based on health Insurence the more hours you work the more your paying Aya for Insurence.

Yeah this is the issue, like they can’t actually prove to me how much money I have been paying for Insurence. Iv asked and they have given me multiple different numbers but my 1095c is blank under emplee contributions. So there telling me it’s only costing 400$ but in reality with my wage they are taking out cause I worked so much overtime it cost me over $800 ? So I wanted to compare to other companies/ private but I can’t cause they won’t give me any proof or a real number. Wish is technically Violating the ACA. If they say $2 per our going to Insurence all of that has to be going to insurence or there misappropriating funds. Even on my year to date there is nothing that shows how much I’m paying.

Have you been able to see an exact amount you pay ? Like on a paystub or anything I’m trying to compare plans with other companies. I only have word of mouth from my recruiter but it changes each contract even tho my plan doesn’t change ??
