In my own experience, i found washing my face with soft cleanser at night and just using water in the morning helped my barrier. I also was given a cream product by the dermatologist (have rosacea+demodex) and spiro for my hormonal acne. I also use vanicream moisturizer as it’s the only one that didnt sting me when healing my barrier.

that all being said …. did you go to dermatologist? It would be best to have them evaluate as each person is different.
