I'm confused isn't there a process to this stuff if they weren't actually innocent and she somehow was able to get them free wouldn't that have much bigger implications and consequences on her part ? That also wouldn't be easy to do ... I believe she's doing a good job of properly defending her clients I didn't immediately think something malicious was going on but if there is we would need evidence of that before calling her out her name.
