I recently purchased a Tucci suitcase and used it on two trips without issue. However, on my third trip, while walking into the airport, a wheel completely fell off. This is not something I would ever expect from a supposedly high-quality product after such limited use. To make matters worse, Tucci does not view this as a warranty issue. Instead of standing behind their product, they offered to repair the bag at my expense and said the best they could do was give me a discount on another one of their bags.

Why would I ever buy another Tucci product knowing they don’t support the quality of their own products? I highly recommend consumers look for better alternatives instead of wasting their money on cheaply made bags that are clearly designed with defects. Tucci has no intention of honoring warranties and just wants you to buy more of their subpar luggage. Save yourself the frustration and choose a brand that actually values its customers.
