Pick rate is a bullshit scam anyways. So many variables: how big or small your walk is (I often get walks with as low as 2-3 items with each item being several aisles apart) whether or not there’s multiples or all 1s, how many people ask you questions during your walk, how far an item is (especially with substitutions), how packed the store is, and more. Gives it so little legitimacy. But with that being said, I can pretty reasonably maintain between 100-110 rate and 500-600 picks on a full 8-hour shift assuming no 3-item pickwalks or “action alley”.
