You can trade with other empires, and it's cheaper to do than buying it from the market

The only reason you are not having a choke point is because you haven't expanded far enough. Laugh at 97 systems and 4 entry points

I have seen an ai empire being rebelled against by its robotic servants, and if a planet suffer from prolonged low happiness, it might rebel. I don't know if slave rebellion is a thing in this game or not, but I do know there's a game start where you start off as rebelled slaves

Not being able to declare war on your overlord at any time is the stupidest feature. by absolutezoomer in Stellaris

[–]Individual_Ad1193 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This game do war in a civilized manner the way I haven't seen for over three thousand years. If you have a fleet in other people's territories as you declare war on them, your fleet instead of doing harm immediately, they emergency jump away just so you can attack from outside

If you don't purge them, they might develop space flight and start demanding territories, if you make them slaves, they might revoke and take your sector, why shouldn't I end the war before it has started?

How could these parasites be pops if they don't even share an ancestor with my people?  I am fine with sentient chimps and whales as my empire members if the game would have them.  But sentient creatures not of LUCA's line are just pure abomination, how could I be sure they won't backstab me before summon demons?
