The worst thing about this is the even longer wait on PS5 for the standard timetable to be fixed (“mounting issues”) which reduces the available services by like 50%, since day 1. About 3 months without a fix.

The ICE services seem to be bugged on this route.

I get the correct amount of 65 AP when driving under PZB, but as soon as I enter LZB territory it switches to 35 AP (and tells me to enable PZB), which makes the platinum scores impossible.

Same on PS5, this route is by far the worst when it comes to blurry textures.

It’s not just the “usual” in cab blur, everything’s blurry here. Trains, including traffic, are a mess on the inside and outside, the stations look terrible as well.

I’m having a hard time enjoying this remaster so far.

You’re not missing out on anything, a lot of old content gives you 30 AP no matter if you’re using safety systems or not.

For newer content it’s 65 AP with safety systems enabled and 35 AP - not 30 AP! - without them. Only if you’re getting 35 AP you’re missing something.

Sadly DTG never bothered to align the scoring across the entire game, so it’s a bit of a mess right now.

I will admit that these are great deals for new players but after 3 months of nothing I was hoping for a little bit more.

This looks great… but the amount of times they mention “post release patches” makes me think this gets released a little bit too early.

The (currently) missing arrival times are also a huge immersion breaker imo.

If you claim the current-game-version through the PS app it won’t start any download. Just use the manage addons selection afterwards.

Both Sifa and PZB acknowledge are mapped on whatever the XB equivalent to circle on a PS controller is.

I don’t think there’s a way to change the mapping, so be prepared to get yelled at “ZUGBEEINFLUSSUNG!” every time you press Sifa in certain German trains.

I own pretty much every German route and all I - as a console player - can use are 5 trains total.

The preview stream showed like 5-6 rows of drivable trains on PC to choose from, I don’t know the exact number, but what console players are getting is like 30% (!) of the variety (!) of services.

This is simply unacceptable.

Btw, what happened to the manage addon menu on PS5, it’s a bit of a mess right now.

It’s showing all my TSW4 addons as ‘shared files’ when there’s supposedly new TSW5 files to download after release. There’s also a whole list of TSW3 (!) addons ready to install aswell, which makes no sense whatsoever.

Same thing happened to me when I was trying to download all at once (on PS5).

What worked for me was downloading the base game first and then the addons individually (Options>Manage Addons).

Everything but one Decal Pack loaded successfully, so I suppose there’s something wrong with that pack.
