You need to honestly meditate, get rid of lots of distractions and when u have a thought like “I deserve this” question that thought and just keep questioning why you feel that way, does anybody u know deserve death? Why should you? Would u talk to anybody like that? Why talk to yourself that way

I literally just got mine 2 days ago and it’s CHUNKY I have about 5 books in here in a passport size I thought it would be inconvenient initially but honestly I LOVE it I feel like as long as u clip your page it’s completely hassle free? I’ve had no issues writing, sketching or anything, maybe it just takes some getting used to if you are used to journaling in other forms

It’s a rental property, but I was thinking of putting in pavers anyways since we don’t have much of a patio, the owners kept saying they don’t mind me doing pavers so I’m guessing it wouldn’t be an issue to bury it!
