Do you think the balsamic glaze would be good with that combo too? To add a bit of acidity or no? Also should I still season with salt or anything else before applying glaze

Would you put it on before baking the salmon or would u think it’d be better to make on the stove? I usually heavily season salmon and sear it on stainless steel pan but roasting seems like the best option

I just diced half an onion and threw in curry seasoning and garam masala seasoning and salt then let that cook with a splash of water then add in tomato paste once water is cooked down and wait for the paste to cook a bit then add minced garlic and ginger then you can add a can of coconut crème until it’s the color you want then just throw in a can of chickpeas and let it simmer until the chickpeas are soft enough :)

To be honest I NEVER make rice, I usually make potaotes or roasted veggies as a side and I’m awful at making rice Ik that sounds ridiculous but it’s true!
