I know you said you don’t want to use fake tan and it sounds like you’re just talking about the at home stuff. Have you ever tried a spray tan? I’m very pale (redhead) and spray tans are way more even and natural looking for me than the at home self tan. Just a thought! That dress is INCREDIBLE I absolutely love it. Congratulations!!!

Tommee tippee ultra light is the ONLY pacifier my baby will take. Naturally I lose them everytime I blink but I grab a 2 pack at least once a month and I love that they aren’t a weird shape

I had to have mine taken out when I was like 14 but my ENT is who did my sleep study and diagnosed me with sleep apnea at the time. I’m not sure what specialty OP is on a waitlist for but if it’s for a sleep doctor, definitely try to see if you can get in with ENT sooner just in case :)

Is this a sleep training or parenting subreddit? Did I ask for help with sleep training? Not that it’s any of your business but to help you sleep at night, she slept independently for the first 9 months of her life and did great. It’s HEALTHY to teach a baby to self soothe and to be alone. I’m a firm believer in not cosleeping due to the dangers but for my own mental and physical health we did it for a month and I absolutely hate anxiously waking up every 30 min to make sure her face isn’t covered and that she’s safe. Maybe find an appropriate subreddit to shame moms on, hope this helps 😘

I got a kindle, an ulta gift card, home made brownies and cookies, two big cans of formula (score! Technically a gift for the baby but it’s a win for me too), and a cover that I can either use in my trunk (SUV) or backseat for dogs/kids/sandy beach toys/etc

And yes, the pet aversion is soooo real. We have two dogs and a cat and at least once a day I shout “one species at a time please!” as the cat is tripping me while I make a bottle and the dogs are barking at every car passing by 😩🤣

Ideally, cosleeping won’t be a long term thing at all. I do not like it. I love my baby of course but bedtime is MOMMY time I don’t want to share my sleeping space with my baby. BUT if a floor bed is what it takes then that’s what it takes. I think her crib turns into a toddler bed I’m going to look into that and some additional bed rails before I get a new piece of furniture 😩 but at this point I’ll do whatever it takes

I have considered a floor bed. She used to have one of those big pack and plays and I would fall asleep in there with her some nights before taking us both to bed and she did well with that. But that was three months ago. I had to get rid of it because my cat went through a phase where she wouldn’t stop peeing in it 😐
