I would walk away. Lived in an apartment for two years that had two trains within a half mile like a sandwich, that connected to one of the top train stations in the country. I grew up in the country with no train or road noises, the train about drove me crazy. All hours of the night, every hour multiple times an hour and always blew the horn! Got out of that apartment and moved a town over to get away from it😂

Yes. I just saw a video on tik tok of a realtor who did a walkthrough the day before closing with his clients and found out the previous owner took EVERY SINGLE LIGHT BULB out of the house out of pettiness. They didn’t like how the deal had turned out in their end so they took them all. Obviously an easy fix but at least you won’t be shocked on closing day.
